Set in the heart of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham racecourse has hosted racing since 1815, and the Cheltenham Festival is the pinnacle of the jump racing season. It is seen as biggest event in horse racing calendar, with four spectacular days of action on and off the track.
Owners, jockeys, and trainers dream of winning at the Cheltenham Festival, in front of approximately 68.500 racegoers every day.
Celebrating 100 years of the Gold Cup had to be followed by a special Festival. This year will be bigger than ever, with 28 races at stake. Half of those races (14) are Grade One races, making this Festival unmissable and guaranteeing an extraordinary live and betting experience.
Cheltenham Festival is now Britain's third largest sporting event.
The festival is also a significant event for the betting industry, with millions of pounds wagered on races throughout the week. It offers punters a wide variety of betting opportunities, from traditional win bets to exotic wagers like exactas and trifectas.

Traditionally, The Cheltenham Festival will take place during four days, which will include Champion Day, Style Wednesday, St Patrick’s Thursday, and finally, the prestigious Gold Cup Day.
This year's Festival will feature a total of 28 races, 14 Grade One races, including the Cheltenham Gold Cup, Champion Hurdle, Queen Mother Champion Chase, and Stayers' Hurdle.
The ongoing rivalry between Great Britain and Ireland after the introduction of the Prestbury Cup only adds to the excitement. The two nations compete against one another to accumulate the most winners at the Cheltenham Festival.
The nation with the most wins will be presented with the Prestbury Cup at the end of the week. Irish trainers won last year with 18 wins compared to 10 of the Britons.
Each day at Cheltenham Festival offers seven races. Starting with Champion Day, highlighted by the prestigious fourth race of the day - Champion Hurdle Challenge Trophy.
Day two follows unmissable action on and off the track with Style Wednesday. The pinnacle of the day is the Queen Mother Champion Steeplechase race, where speed and jumping ability matter the most.
Day three brings the celebration like no other. St Patrick’s Thursday brings spectacle with the featured race of the day in Ryanair Steeplechase. Irish passion raises the rafters and horses and jockeys put on a special show which could be crucial in winning the Prestbury Cup.
Finally, Gold Cup Day is often described as the jewel in Jump Racing’s crown. One of the most prestigious trophies in horse racing. Over three miles and two furlongs long, this is the premier race of the event. It will begin at 15:30, and the winner will take home the Gold Cup.
Last year's winner Galopin Des Champs is seen as favourite for this year's pinnacle event of the Festival.
With the celebration of 100 years of the Gold Cup, Friday 15th should be one to remember.
